Terms of Service for Secure2ware and S2W Security

Effective Date: This Terms of Service Notification is effective as of January 2020 and will remain in effect until further notice or as long as the business remains in operation.

These Terms of Service (“Agreement”) govern the use of services provided by Secure2ware and S2W Security (collectively referred to as “the Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Services ProvidedSecure2ware:

We offer low-voltage security services, including surveillance camera installations, alarm system installations, access control systems, structured cabling, and maintenance services.

S2W Security: We provide security guard services, including on-site security, mobile patrols, and event security. Both entities may also offer additional services as specified in individual contracts or agreements.
User Responsibilities

• You agree to use our services in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances.
• You agree not to misuse our services or disrupt the security systems provided.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when requested and to update us with any changes.

Service Fees and Payment

• All services are subject to the fees specified in your contract or agreement.
• Payments must be made in full within the terms specified in your invoice. Late payments may incur additional charges, including late fees and interest, as outlined in the contract.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if payments are not made on time or in accordance with the terms.

Termination of Services

• Either party may terminate services with written notice, subject to the terms outlined in the service contract.
• We may suspend or terminate services immediately if there is a violation of these terms or a failure to make required payments.

Privacy and Data Protection
